1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of disposable vape products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 1 hour of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Change of mind purchases.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at Vaporkitdubai@gmail.com within 1 hour of receiving your order. Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
  2. Return Authorization – Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship the Product – Return the product to Dragon Mart 1 as per the instructions given. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item sent).
  4. Inspection and Refund Processing – Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Vaporkitdubai@gmail.com within 1 hour of receiving your product.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used disposable vapes.
  • Items purchased under clearance, final sale, or promotional discounts.
  • Any product returned after the 1 hour return window.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
